Order process
A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email, not when you add an item to your cart.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock error or a pricing error. If this happens after payment, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Email support@carlottatch.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our returns process applies instead.
Payment problems, chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or a dispute with PayPal. Most issues are resolved quickly once we have your order number.

EU and UK customers
You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to that right. Gift cards are not returnable.
